The longitude lines very close this far north and local groups pretty well name their own times. Reached Tanqueray by 10:30 A.M., to roll up about 10 huge rums of gasoline from supply dump which is all Tanqueray really is, situated on edge of a beautiful mountain locked inlet, about 200 miles NE of Eureka.
I peed and it froze on rocks in about 20 seconds (35 degrees below Celsius at Eureka Sunday evening). Title for Polar talk if I make it: North to the Pole - No Sweat.
