A few observations: This past year I put 5900 miles on the Ford:
5900 miles- Ford
2500 miles- to Miami and back (bus)
6000 miles- to Peru and back (plane)
2000 miles- in Peru (misc)
5000 miles- to California and back (train)
1400 miles- in California (Ford & Hazel's car)
1400 miles- <illegible> bus trip & circle tour to Detroit (bus)
1500 miles- Toronto 5 times, etc. (car)
1000 miles- hikes and walks (foot)
26700 miles + odds & ends, taxis, lifts, etc.
Approximately 27,000 miles travelled in 1951, more than around the world. At least 2500 of this represents trips, not local travel.
Over 20 different states, 6 countries.
