I dropped in on Krista's Prenatal Yoga Class this morning, after teaching my 7am All Levels class. It was a pleasant surprise to see how strong and focused all of the women were while maintaining a sense of playfulness. At the beginning of class, they relate the changes and growth experienced during the past week.
Balance was a major focus for today as well as strength and stamina poses for legs. Next week, the class will learn how to use an exercise ball to stretch and strengthen before and during labor. If you'd like to attend, bring a ball with you.
