Say you are out for a walk at twilight and just when you get to the top of a steep incline, look up to see this in the sky. It's beautiful and ethereal, almost like a cosmic dove melting into the atmosphere. You might take it as a good omen. Maybe you'd quickly assume that it was a mid-air collision and your first impulse would be to take a photo. Maybe you'll just stand there, completely mesmerized.
Say you found out later that the Air Force launched a missile in the skies above your home town for testing purposes, what would you think then?
