The Tibetan Rites were next, 11 repetions to start with, 21 being the optimum.
The two standing poses: trikonasana and parsvakonasana were held for the requisite 12 breaths. As were the three seated postures: virasana, janusirsasana, and matsyangasana (mermaid pose). Jehangir devised the name for the third seated posture and I don't believe a photo exists on-line. Do you think that's something I could contribute? Hmmmmm.
